Baso B2 tradisional recipe by my mum...
The same ingredient done by different chefs can produce different tastes...
Still cannot beat the amazing taste created by my Mum... If you dare to follow the same recipe...pls see the following... wkwkwk...(jangan lupa comment ya...klo udah berhasil..!!) 250 gram udang kupas ditumis
500 gram kapsim
keduanya dicincang dlm food processor, tambahkan bumbu berikut:
1 sdt garam
merica secukupnya
1 sdm myk wijen
3 sdm bawang merah goreng
1 putih telor (amazingnya ga perlu pake tepung pun basonya ga pecah)
bulatkan baso.
test rasa dg memasukkan sedikit adonan dlm air mendidih.
karena ga pakai kuah kaldu...air rebusan baso akan dijadikan kuah dg menambah garam, gula, kecap asin, merica, daun bawang, bawang goreng dan minyak bawang putih.
